Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the apex 'PRAHAAR – Counter Terrorism (CT) Policy and Strategy' Conference organized by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in New Delhi, unveiling an overarching national security architecture.

- Seven-Pillar PRAHAAR Framework: Instituted a multi-domain doctrine structured around seven strategic pillars: Prevention, Response, Aggregating Internal Capacities, Human Rights, Attenuating Conditions for Terrorism, Aligning International Efforts, and Recovery and Resilience, executed through a whole-of-society operational approach.
- Centralized Extradition Portal: Launched a real-time digital inter-agency platform integrating the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), and state law enforcement agencies to fast-track legal dossiers and streamline extradition requests for overseas fugitives.
- Intelligence-Led Synergy: Strengthened horizontal coordination across the Multi-Agency Centre (MAC), National Investigation Agency (NIA), and state special task forces to counter cyber-radicalization, drone-based terror logistics, and terror-financing syndicates.
