This role is ideal for physically fit women who have passed 8th grade and possess at least 2 years of experience as security personnel in government or reputable district/state level organizations. Preference will be given to retired military/para-military personnel. Candidates should be between 21 and 35 years old as on 01-01-2026 (with age relaxations for reserved categories up to 45 years) and must be a native resident of Chhattisgarh.

Individuals lacking the minimum 8th-grade qualification or 2 years of relevant security experience should not apply. Men are explicitly ineligible as the posts are exclusively reserved for women. Those unable to provide a native resident certificate for Chhattisgarh will also be disqualified. Applicants who married before the legally prescribed minimum age for marriage are not eligible for appointment. Incomplete, unclear, or erroneous application forms will be rejected without individual notification.

This is a contractual role within a state government department at the district level, initially for two years with potential for yearly extensions based on performance and departmental needs. While providing stable government-affiliated experience and a fixed income, the growth trajectory and long-term prestige might be limited compared to permanent, higher-level positions. It offers an opportunity to serve at the district level in a crucial support role within the Sakhi One Stop Center initiative.
