Remuneration for Advisors in payscale group 14 & above will be the last Basic Pay drawn at the time of superannuation from their previous Government Organization.

• In case of contract extension, remuneration will increase annually by 5% on the last drawn remuneration (excluding conveyance).
• Relevant post-retirement experience in other organizations may enhance the last drawn pay by an additional 5% per year, evaluated at BEL's discretion.
• Conveyance reimbursement of Rs. 8,000/- per month is payable if company-provided car is not utilized.

Interested and eligible retired officers from Government/PSUs/ Research Organizations & Labs/Defence Forces must apply as follows:

1. Fill out the application form provided along with this notification.
2. Ensure the application is complete in all respects.
3. Send the completed application by ordinary/speed post to the following address:
   Manager (HR)/MS/A&A/Seekers,
   Bharat Electronics Ltd,
   Jalahalli post, Bengaluru – 560013
4. The application must reach on or before 25.06.2026.
5. The envelope containing the application form must be superscribed with 'APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ADVISOR FOR A&A SBU'.
6. Attach self-attested copies of the following documents:
   • SSLC/Xth Marks card (proof of Date of Birth).
   • Educational Qualification Certificates (10th/12th/B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/PhD Degree).
   • Marksheets (10th /12th /B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/PhD Degree).
   • Experience/Service certificates from respective employers.
   • Superannuation/Relieving Certificate from employers.
   • Last drawn pay certificate.
   • Duly signed copy of the proforma for Police verification (format available on BEL website Annexure-II).
7. Incomplete applications or those not in the prescribed format will be rejected.
