Advocate & Panel Counsel

This opportunity is most suitable for experienced legal professionals with a minimum of five years of regular practice and standing at the Bar. Ideal candidates will be enrolled with the Bar Council of India/State Bar Council and possess specific expertise in Labour Laws, Social Security Laws, Service Matters, and related legislations. Candidates capable of representing a statutory body like ESIC before various judicial forums, including High Courts and Tribunals, are particularly well-suited.

Fresh law graduates or advocates with less than five years of experience should not apply, as the minimum experience requirement is mandatory. Individuals seeking permanent government employment will find this unsuitable, as it is an empanelment for legal services on a contractual basis, not a salaried position. Applicants not actively practicing law or lacking enrollment with a Bar Council are also ineligible.
