Project Technical Support personnel in the Multi-Disciplinary Research Unit – Centre of Research Excellence (MRU-CoRE) at AIIMS Rishikesh work in a high-tech central biomedical research facility established under the Department of Health Research (DHR), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Technicians handle routine and advanced research protocols across specialized domains: DNA/RNA extraction, conventional and real-time PCR, NGS workflow support, ELISA assays, mammalian cell culture passaging and cryopreservation in biosafety cabinets, tissue processing, microtomy, H&E/special staining, and clinical research database management. The laboratory supports multidisciplinary clinical-basic science investigations headed by Dr. Nilotpal Chowdhury and institutional research teams in a structured, quality-controlled hospital laboratory environment.

Stationed at MRU-CoRE, Medical College Block, AIIMS Rishikesh, Virbhadra Road, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand – 249203. The appointment is purely on a contractual basis with an initial term of eleven (11) months, extendable annually subject to satisfactory performance appraisal and ongoing DHR grant sanction.
