Assistant Agriculture Officer, Field Assistant & Other Posts

Candidates must apply using the prescribed application form for fresh candidates only. The process involves the following steps:

• Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must use a a different application form for each post.
• Ensure sponsorship by the Employment Exchange of the respective District (Point 2 and 10).
• Duly fill in all particulars of the application form; no blank parts should be left.
• Enclose two copies of duly self-attested latest passport-size photographs and one non-attested passport photo with name mentioned behind. Also, include a duly filled admit card with affixed photographs.
• Attach self-attested copies of all required documents, including Class-X/Matriculation Certificate, Age Proof, Caste Certificates (ST/SC/OBC - must be valid as on submission date), PwD Certificate (if applicable), Sports Person Certificate (if applicable), No Objection Certificate (NOC - if applicable), Employment Exchange Registration Card, Domicile certificate, Permanent Residential Certificate of Manipur, Essential Qualifications certificate (if applicable), and Certificate on Computer Concepts (CCC) for relevant posts.
• Submit the duly filled application form in hard copy to any of the following offices between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on all working days, except Sundays and General holidays:

  • The District Officers (H&SC), C-Block, Ground Floor, DC-Complex, Chandel Pin-795127
  • The District Officers (H&SC), Old DC Office, 2nd Floor, Senapati Pin-795106
  • The Deputy Director (H&SC), Kangpokpi Opposite to DC Office, Kangpokpi, 795129
  • The WDO,(H&SC), Tengnoupal DC Office Complex, Tengnoupal
  • The CDO, Bidyanagar, Jiribam, Pin-795115
• The last date for submission is 30.06.2026 by 4:00 PM. Submissions made after this deadline will not be entertained.

• For Assistant Agriculture Officer/Equivalent: Rs. 1000/- for General & OBC Categories, Rs. 800/- for SC & ST categories. PwD candidates are exempt (Nil).
• For Field Assistant/Equivalent and LDC/OACCO: Rs. 800/- for General & OBC Categories, Rs. 500/- for SC & ST categories. PwD candidates are exempt (Nil).
• For Group D: Rs. 500/- for General & OBC Categories, Rs. 300/- for SC & ST categories. PwD candidates are exempt (Nil).

Application fees must be paid in cash at the counter during the submission of the application form. For multiple applications to different posts, fees must be paid separately for each post.
