Best-Fit Profile

This recruitment is ideally suited for experienced professionals with specific medical and clinical qualifications, including B.Sc. Nursing, M.A./M.Sc. in Psychology with M.Phil., Degrees in Homeopathy or Unani, and M.Sc. in Medical Physics/Nuclear Medicine Technology. Candidates must have relevant work experience ranging from 2 to 6 years in their respective fields. Individuals seeking stable, Group-A government positions within a prestigious Central Government healthcare institution like AIIMS, offering long-term career growth and comprehensive benefits, will find these roles highly desirable.

Important Considerations

Freshers or candidates lacking the mandatory specific educational qualifications and relevant work experience should not apply, as experience is a prerequisite for most posts. Those looking for recruitment with a very high number of vacancies might find the total of 9 posts limited. Individuals not prepared to be posted in Nagpur, Maharashtra, or unwilling to conform to Central Government service rules should also reconsider.

Career Impact

AIIMS Nagpur, as an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, offers high institutional prestige. Securing a Group-A post here guarantees excellent career stability, attractive pay scales (Level-10, 7th CPC), and comprehensive central government benefits, including DA, HRA, TA, Leave, LTC, NPS, and an Employee Health Scheme. While the number of vacancies is low, these positions offer significant professional recognition and opportunities for impactful contributions to tertiary healthcare and medical education.
