Candidates must submit their application online through the provided Google Form link along with self-attested photocopies of requisite documents on or before 27.06.2026 by 02:00 PM. Additionally, the duly filled-in Application Proforma and one set of self-attested copies of certificates/testimonials must be submitted for verification.

• Filled Application Form (Annexure)
• Identity Proof (e.g., Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence)
• Proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation Certificate/Birth Certificate)
• All Mark Sheets and Certificates from Matriculation onwards (including Senior Secondary, MBBS, MD/MS, DM/M.Ch./DNB, and any other relevant qualification)
• Valid Medical Council Registration Certificate
• Experience Certificate(s) (if applicable), clearly indicating duration, nature of experience (Teaching and/or Research), and designation/post held.
• Valid Caste/Category Certificate(s) (OBC/EWS/PwBD) in prescribed format; OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and EWS Certificates must be valid for the Financial Year 2026-27.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from present employer if serving under Government Organizations/PSUs, including AIIMS Bhubaneswar. Prior permission from employer is required.
• Any other relevant document(s) in support of eligibility.

Candidates must indicate their preference for online or in-person interview through the Google Form. Those opting for in-person interview must report to the Director's Board Room, Administrative Building, AIIMS Bhubaneswar, by 10:00 AM on the scheduled interview date (to be notified separately).

No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the Institute's website for updates.
