Candidates must apply offline by submitting the application form provided at Annexure-I. The application form should be filled carefully with accurate personal details including name, father's name, date of birth, and marks, ensuring they match Matriculation or equivalent certificates.
Key steps and requirements:
- Affix a recent passport-size colour photograph and sign the application form.
- Provide a 12-digit Aadhaar Card Number. Candidates without an Aadhaar Number but enrolled for Aadhaar can provide the first 14 digits of their Enrolment ID.
- Attach duly attested copies of the following original documents:
- Identity Card (if Aadhaar is unavailable)
- SSC (Matriculation / 10th Standard) or equivalent mark sheet
- Certificate for proof of date of birth (e.g., 10th Standard or equivalent Matriculate certificate)
- Consolidated mark sheet for all semesters of the relevant ITI Pass trade (for Ex-ITI candidates)
- National Trade Certificate (issued by NCVT or Provisional National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT) for ITI pass candidates
- Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC), wherever applicable. OBC Non-Creamy layer candidates must attach a certificate issued within the last three years.
- Physical Disability certificate (for PH/PWD candidates) issued by a competent Medical Board/Authority.
- EWS certificate (for EWS quota applicants) issued by Tehsildar or District Magistrate.
- Only one application per candidate will be accepted. Multiple applications will lead to rejection.
- The completed application form along with all required documents must be sent to: The Chief General Manager, Machine Tool Prototype Factory, A Unit of AVNL, Govt. of India Enterprise Ambarnath Dist - Thane, Maharashtra, Pin: 421 502.
- Applications must reach the office on or before September 1, 2025.
