Remuneration will be decided based on DOE OM No. 03-25/2020 E.III-A dated 09/12/2020. This will typically be the pay drawn at the time of retirement minus basic pension.

A fixed amount as Transport Allowance for commuting between residence and place of posting will be allowed as per guidelines of DOE OM No. 03-25/2020-E.III-A dated 09/12/2020. TA will be paid at the rate applicable to the appointee at the time of retirement or Rs. 7200/-, whichever is less.

• Candidates should submit a completely filled Annexure F form along with relevant supporting documents to [email protected] by 18.08.2026.
• A walk-in interview will be conducted on 25.08.2026.
• Candidates must report between 09:00 AM and 10:30 AM at the interview venue.
• Venue of Interview: Chambers of Medical Superintendent, 2nd Floor, ESIC Model Hospital, Sector 9A, Gurugram, Haryana - 122001.
• Applicants are required to bring all original certificates along with one set of self-attested photocopies of relevant documents (Identity Proof, Address Proof, Age Proof, PPO No., Last Pay Certificate, Enrolment on Central/State Register of Indian Medicine, Educational Qualification Certificates, Experience Certificate, Reservation Category Certificate, Two recent Passport-size Photographs, Duly filled Bio data form (Annexure-F)) for Document Verification during the walk-in-interview.
• Selected candidates will need to furnish a DD/Bankers Cheque for Rs. 10,000/- as a Security Deposit (in favor of “ESIC Fund Account No. 2” payable at State Bank of India, Gurugram).
• An agreement on a Non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- (cost borne by the candidate) must be entered into with the Medical Superintendent.
• The application must be in the prescribed format (Annexure-F); incomplete applications or those submitted in any other format will be rejected.

A Demand Draft for Rs. 300/- (as applicable) in favor of “ESIC Fund Account No. 2” drawn on any scheduled bank and payable at Gurugram, must be submitted along with the application form at the time of Document Verification cum walk-in-interview.
