Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation 2026: Recruitment for 06 Contractual Multipurpose Workers

Selected organizations will be paid for each multipurpose worker at a daily rate of Rs. 792.30/-, plus a levy of Rs. 49.58. Payments will be made as per circulars issued periodically by the Chief Labour Officer concerning wages. Monthly deductions for income tax and other expenses/penalties will apply as per prevailing rules.

Interested self-help groups, service cooperative societies, unemployed service cooperative societies, industrial service cooperative societies, and non-governmental organizations (excluding self-help groups) whose objective is to provide employment to their members, are invited to submit their sealed Expression of Interest (EOI) for providing 06 Multipurpose Workers on a contractual basis for 179 days.

• Purchase of Application Forms: Forms will be available from March 02, 2026, to March 12, 2026, between 11:00 AM and 04:00 PM (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
• Submission of Applications: Sealed EOI documents must be submitted between March 02, 2026, and March 13, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 04:00 PM (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Applications received after the stipulated date and time will not be considered.
• Submission Address: Applications should be submitted to the Medical Officer, Savitribai Phule Matru Bal Manpa Hospital (Riddhi Garden Manpa Maternity Home), New Valentine Apartment, Riddhi Garden Complex, Dindoshi, Malad East, Mumbai-400097.
• Required Documents: Along with the EOI, organizations must attach attested copies of their registration documents, constitution and bylaws, financial statements for 2024-25 or latest, licenses under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act 1970, Employees' Provident Funds Act 1942, Employees' State Insurance Act 1948, experience certificates for working in BMC hospitals, list of office bearers with contact details, PAN card, GST registration (or undertaking), proof of address, and a Rs. 500/- stamp paper undertaking as per Annexure 'C'.

A scrutiny fee/tender fee of Rs. 3630.00 + 18% GST = Rs. 4283.00 is applicable. This fee must be paid by the applying organization either through a challan at the Maternity Home's office, a nearby civic facility center, or via online payment. The application will only be accepted upon submission of the payment receipt.
