Job Analysis

AI-generated insights

Best-Fit Profile

This role is most suitable for individuals who have passed their 10th standard with Marathi as a subject and are comfortable with various hospital duties, including patient assistance and cleanliness. Ideal candidates are those seeking short-term contractual employment (179 days) within a government healthcare setup, willing to work through a registered agency, and possessing an adaptable, service-oriented mindset.

Important Considerations

Individuals seeking permanent government employment or direct BMC hiring will find this unsuitable, as it is a contractual position facilitated by an external agency for a fixed term. Those unwilling to work on a daily wage basis or who lack proficiency in Marathi as required for the 10th standard examination should not apply.

Career Impact

Working with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, a prominent civic body, offers valuable experience in the public health sector. While the role is contractual and of a junior grade (Group D), it provides direct exposure to the functioning of a large municipal hospital. This experience can be beneficial for future opportunities in healthcare support roles, though long-term career progression and job security are not inherent to this specific contractual arrangement.
