Case Worker

This role is ideally suited for female candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Social Science, or Psychology, and possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in women-related government or NGO projects. Candidates must be residents of Sivaganga District and willing to work in 24x7 shifts. It is for individuals passionate about contributing to women's safety and welfare at the district level.

Candidates who do not meet the specific educational qualifications (Bachelor's degree in specified fields) or lack the mandatory 3 years of relevant experience should not apply. The role is exclusively for female applicants and requires residency in Sivaganga District, making it unsuitable for those from other locations. Unwillingness to work in a 24x7 shift pattern or exceeding the age limit of 35 years are also disqualifiers.
