- Internal Audit Officer (On Deputation): Officers from Audit and Accounts Services or similar organized Accounts Services in Central/State Govt. holding analogous posts or with 3-5 years regular service in relevant Level.
- Private Secretary / Section Officer / Personal Assistant / Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with relevant experience and proficiency in Stenography, Typing, Computer Operations, Noting & Drafting (speed requirements specified).
- Technical Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Life Sciences.
- Laboratory Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in Sciences/Technology.
- Lower Division Clerk: 12th Class pass with English Typing @ 35 wpm OR Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm and proficiency in Computer Operations.
- Cook: 10th Pass OR ITI Trade certificate in Bakery and Confectionery.

Age limits vary by post. For direct recruitment, the maximum age is 35 years for Group B posts (Private Secretary, Section Officer, Personal Assistant, Assistant) and ranges from 30-32 years for Group C posts (Technical Assistant, Laboratory Assistant, Lower Division Clerk, Cook, Laboratory Attendant). For Internal Audit Officer (on deputation), the age limit is 56 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD/ESM candidates will be provided as per Govt. of India/UGC policy.
