Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualifications

Educational Qualification

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines:
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Petrochemical Engineering
  • Chemical Technology
  • Petrochemical Technology
  • Petroleum Refining & Petrochemical Engineering
  • Polymer Technology
Preference will be given to candidates who have completed Apprenticeship Training in the prescribed qualification at FACT and possess a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) issued by the Directorate General of Training.

Age Limit & Relaxations

The maximum age limit is 26 years as on 01.06.2026. Age relaxations are applicable as per Government Directives:
  • Up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates
  • Up to 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates
  • Applicable for Ex-Service personnel as per GOI guidelines
The Matriculation / School Leaving Certificate will be the only acceptable document for age proof.

Category-Wise Vacancy Breakdown & Pay Scale

Detailed post distribution across UR, OBC, EWS, SC, ST quotas and 7th CPC Pay Matrix / Monthly Stipend.

Pay Scale & Monthly Remuneration

Candidates will receive a consolidated pay of Rs. 31,000/- per month, with an annual increase of 3% upon successful completion of each year. Benefits such as Leave, ESI, Provident Fund, TA & DA for duty travel will be applicable as per company rules and eligibility.

They must bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES along with a manually filled, signed, and photo-affixed Application Form (available on the website) and self-attested copies of required documents for verification.
