- For Direct Recruit: An MBA or Post Graduate degree in any discipline, OR a Graduate degree in any discipline with a PG Diploma in management.
- For Promotion/Absorption/Deputation: Officers of Central/State Govt./PSUs/Autonomous Bodies holding an analogous post on a regular basis, OR having five years of regular service in Level 12 (Rs. 78,800-209,200) with experience in Administration/Personnel/Vigilance. Age Limit Details
The maximum age for appointment on Absorption/Deputation basis is 56 years. For appointment on Direct Recruitment basis, the maximum age is 50 years.
