Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
- Engineering and Production Roles (GM, DGM, Manager, Asst. Manager): First Class Degree in Engineering (full time) in relevant disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Transportation, Electronics, Automobile, Thermal, Design). A PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Engineering / Management will be an added advantage for some positions.

Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. of India guidelines:
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC - NCL: +3 years
- PwD Candidates: +10 years (over and above SC/ST/OBC-NCL relaxation).
- Maximum age with all relaxations shall not exceed 57 years.
- The upper age limit can be further relaxed subject to equivalent years of excess post qualification experience, provided documents proving excess experience are uploaded.
