Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Chief General Manager (Finance): CA/ CMA/ or two years Full Time First Class MBA in Finance (with Finance as core subject) from a recognized institution.
Chief General Manager (HR): Two years full time First Class Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management or MBA (with HR as Major) / Post Graduate Diploma in HR / IR / MSW / MA (Social Work with HR/IR / Personnel Management) from a recognized university / institution. Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
Engineering and Production Roles (GM, DGM, Manager, Asst. Manager): First Class Degree in Engineering (full time) in relevant disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Transportation, Electronics, Automobile, Thermal, Design). A PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Engineering / Management will be an added advantage for some positions.
Raj Bhasha / Official Language Roles: First Class full-time Master's Degree in Hindi or its equivalent from any recognized university with English as a subject at the Degree Level. Proficiency in Hindi typing and Computer Skills is required. Preference given to Ph.D. in Hindi.
