Deputy Chief Engineer Civil

This role is ideal for highly experienced Civil Engineers (Class-I officers) with a strong background in executive-level planning, construction, design, or maintenance, particularly within port and marine structures. Candidates with significant tenure in government, public sector, or large commercial undertakings in relevant fields will find this position aligns well with their career progression.

This position is not suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with less than 12 years of executive experience. Those without a degree in Civil Engineering or direct experience in port/marine infrastructure maintenance should not apply. The strict age limit of 42 years (with specific relaxations up to 55 for existing Major Port employees) is also a crucial factor.
