Educational Qualification
- For Deputy General Manager (Defence) and Assistant General Manager (Defence): A degree from a university or its equivalent from the Indian Army. Specifically, retired Ordnance Corps Colonel/EME Corps Lt. Colonel or candidates with a degree in material management or engineering for EME officers are required.
- For Deputy General Manager (Marketing) and Assistant General Manager (Marketing): A degree from a university or its equivalent from the Indian Army, or an equivalent qualification for Defence personnel, or a Retired Officer from the Indian Army (Col/Lt Col rank).
- A postgraduate degree/diploma in technology/management is considered an added advantage.
Age Limit Details
Age, Qualification & Experience stipulated above should be as on 26th of June, 2024.
- The upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. of India guidelines: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
- PwD candidates are eligible for an additional 10 years relaxation over and above the relaxation admissible for SC/ST/OBC – NCL candidates, provided they have a minimum 40% disability.
- The maximum age with all relaxations shall not exceed 57 years.

Besides Basic Pay, candidates will be eligible for Variable Dearness Allowance, Perquisites & Allowances @ 13.78% of the applicable Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System, Company Accommodation / House Rent Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity etc. will be paid as per the prevailing Company Rules. The executive will also be eligible for Performance related Pay (PRP).

- Note the generated 'Registration number' for all future correspondences.
- While filling the online application, ensure the experience section provides the latest experience first, followed by previous ones. A 'pen picture' of experience relevant to the position applied for must be written for scrutiny.
- Upload legible PDF copies of the following documents (applications will be incomplete and rejected without them):
- Matriculation / X-th Marks card
- XII-th Marks card
- Qualifying Degree Marks cards (including CGPA/Credits conversion formula to percentage)
