Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- For Deputy General Manager (Defence/Marketing): University Degree or equivalent degree from Indian Army.
- For Assistant General Manager (Defence): EME Corps Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) OR Degree in Materials Management (for Ordnance Officer) / Engineering Degree (for EME Officer).
- For Assistant General Manager (Marketing): Equivalent qualification for Defence personnel OR a Graduate degree with a course in Procurement, Provisioning, Inventory Management from Defence institutions/colleges. A Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Technology/Management is an added advantage.
Age Limit Details
Upper age limit is relaxable as per Government of India guidelines:
- SC/ST candidates: +5 years
- OBC candidates: +3 years
- PwBD candidates: +10 years (over and above category-specific relaxations)
The maximum age, including all relaxations, shall not exceed 57 years.
Salary & Pay Scale
In addition to basic pay, candidates will be eligible for variable dearness allowance, allowances at 13.78% of basic pay applicable under the Cafeteria system, and company accommodation/house rent allowance. Provident fund, gratuity, etc., will be paid as per existing company rules. Performance Related Pay (PRP) is also applicable.
