Driver & Office Peon

Intending candidates must submit their application in a sealed envelope addressed to 'The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Bongaigaon'.

• The envelope must be superscribed with "Application for the post of Driver/Office Peon" and include the candidate's Mobile/WhatsApp Number and Email ID (if available) on the top.
• Applications are to be dropped in the designated "Drop Box" placed at the Office of the District Legal Services Authority, 1st Floor, District Judicial Court Building, Bongaigaon.
• The application must be in the Standard Form (as published in Part-IX of the Assam Gazette) and accompanied by:
  • Self-attested copies of all documents supporting educational qualification, age proof, and Employment Registration certificate.
  • Two recent passport-size colored photographs, duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side.
  • For the Driver post, a valid professional Driving License to drive LMV/Four-Wheeler vehicles for not less than 3 years, issued by a competent authority, which must be valid for 3 years.
  • Proof of registration in the Employment Exchange of the State of Assam.
• Candidates should have knowledge of the official language of Assam (Assamese).
• Applicants already in Government Service must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
• Applications received late, incomplete, or without proper supporting documents will be summarily rejected.
