This role is ideal for experienced female candidates who have passed the 10th standard and possess a minimum of three years of work experience as a community cadre or SRLM extension worker under the Anandadhara/NRLM scheme. Ideal applicants must be residents of the specified blocks/GPs within Paschim Bardhaman district, be between 22 and 45 years of age as on 01.01.2026, and demonstrate strong communication, facilitation skills, and a high motivation for rural development and community empowerment.

Candidates lacking the mandatory three years of experience in community cadre or SRLM extension work, or those who do not meet the minimum 10th pass qualification, should not apply.
