Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Applicants must hold a PhD degree from a recognized University with a first-class academic record in all preceding levels.
- The PhD must have been completed within the past 5 years as of August 31, 2025.
- Applicants should not have completed their PhD from IIITDM Kurnool (the host institution for the fellowship).
- A proven academic record, including peer-reviewed publications and recognitions, is required.
- A research proposal (as per Annexure I format) must be submitted, defining clear objectives, outcomes, and deliverables.
Age Limit Details
The upper age limit for the Post-Doctoral Fellowship is 40 years as on the last date of application submission (i.e., August 31, 2025).
Salary & Pay Scale
Selected Post-Doctoral Fellows will receive a fellowship of ₹1,08,393 per month. Additionally, a Contingency Grant of ₹1,00,000 per year will be provided, disbursed on a pro-rata basis (e.g., ₹25,000 per quarter). The contingency grant usage is restricted to minor equipment, consumables, and research-related items. No provision for hiring research staff.

- Proof of date of birth (Class X mark sheet/certificate or Government issued document).
- Photo ID proof (as per Govt. of India norms).
- Mark sheets of Class X and XII.
- UG Mark sheets and Original Degree Certificate.
- PG Mark sheets and Original Degree Certificate.
- Ph.D. Degree Certificate.
- Original Migration Certificate from the Institute.
- Original Conduct Certificate from the Institute.
- Original Transfer Certificate from the Institute.
- Research Proposal (as per Annexure-I).
- CV/Bio-Data.
- Copies of the three best Publications.
- Recommendation Letter from the PhD supervisor.
- GATE/CSIR-UGC NET qualified certificate (If any).
