ESIC ESI-PGIMSR & Medical College 2026: Walk-in for 87 Teaching Faculty Positions

The consolidated remuneration per month is as follows:

• Professor: Rs. 2,60,226/-
• Associate Professor: Rs. 1,73,045/-
• Assistant Professor: Rs. 1,48,669/-

In addition to the consolidated remuneration, Super Specialty Teaching Faculty will receive transport allowance with DA on transport allowance as per rules. DA on transport allowance will be revised from time to time.

When orders for revision of DA rates are issued by Govt of India, the consolidated remuneration shall be raised by an amount equal to DA on the sum of the minimum pay of the pay level mentioned against the post and 20% NPA thereon, in consultation with local finance.

No other allowances like TA/DA for joining or medical tests will be admissible.

Eligible candidates should appear for a walk-in interview with a duly filled Original Application Form, along with supporting original documents and a Demand Draft (if applicable) on the date of interview.

Candidates must bring the following testimonials/certificates physically on the interview date for document verification:

• One set of self-attested copies of certificates and testimonials, including:
  • Proof of age (Date of Birth)
  • Category certificates (SC, ST, OBC, EWS) in updated Government of India Format
  • Educational Qualifications (Matriculation, Higher Secondary, Graduate, Post Graduate, & any other)
  • Registration certificate issued by State Medical Council/MCI
  • MCI recognized teaching experience issued by the Head of the Institute or Department
  • Research Publications in Indexed Journals
  • Pension Payment Order (PPO) for retired government employees
  • NOC for in-service candidates from employer
  • Service bond release certificate, if applicable
  • Original documents
  • No objection certificate from present employer (for government employees)
• One set of the prescribed application form (Annexure-I) enclosed with this notification, printed on A4 size paper, properly filled up, and submitted at the time of document verification.
• Two copies of recent self-attested color passport size photographs.

Candidates should report between 09:30 AM - 10:30 AM for verification of documents at Academic Block, 2nd Floor of ESI-PGIMSR & ESIC Medical College, Joka. Candidates reporting beyond 10:30 AM will not be considered for the interview.

The fee must be paid via a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- in favor of "ESI Fund Account No. I", drawn after the advertisement date from any scheduled bank payable at 'Kolkata'. The Demand Draft must be submitted along with the Application Form.

Fees once paid are non-refundable. Demand Drafts from Nationalized/private banks are accepted. Separate Demand Drafts are required if applying for more than one post.
