ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Indore Recruitment 2026: 101 Teaching Faculty & Senior Resident Vacancies

Eligible candidates must follow these steps to apply:

1. Email Submission: Send a scanned copy of the completed Application Form, along with the Demand Draft (DD) and all required supporting documents (including research paper publications), to the email address [email protected]. This must be submitted latest by 04:00 PM on 02/03/2026.
2. Ensure the subject line of the email clearly states your Name, Post, and Department.
3. Postal Submission: Subsequently, the original Application Form, accompanied by self-attested copies of all required documents and the original Demand Draft, must also reach The Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Nanda Nagar, Indore (M.P) – 452011 by 04:00 PM on 02/03/2026.
4. The envelope containing the original documents should be super-scribed with "Recruitment of Teaching Faculty/Senior Residents on contract basis" along with your Name of Post and Department.
5. Only one form should be filled for each applied post. Forms must be filled with black/blue ink in BLOCK letters.
6. All self-attested documents must be scanned as a single PDF and arranged in sequence as per the checklist provided in the notification (Page 9) for email submission.
7. A recent self-attested passport size photograph should be affixed on the application form, ensuring the face and both ears are clearly visible.

The selection process will be based on acquired academic credentials and performance in an offline interview. Results will be displayed in the Recruitments section of the official ESIC website (www.esic.gov.in), and offers of appointment will be communicated via email only.
