ESIC Medical College & Hospital Jaipur Recruitment 2026: Walk-in Interview for 40 Teaching Faculty Positions

Consolidated remuneration (wherever applicable & admissible) is as per Medical Administration, HQRS Office Memoranda. This includes NPA@20% (wherever applicable & admissible), DA@58%, HRA@20%, and TA@7200.

Note: Remuneration will be revised automatically with changes in Dearness Allowance rates, effective from the date of government orders, but no arrears will be admissible for retrospective effect.

• Reporting Time: 09 AM to 11 AM
• Venue: Dean Office, 2nd Floor, ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Laxmi Nagar, Ajmer Road, Jaipur-302006
• Candidates must report at the venue with a duly filled Performa (annexed to the notification) along with all required testimonials.
• Applicants must bring all original documents and self-attested copies of certificates on the day of the interview. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
• A demand draft for the application fee (if applicable) must be submitted along with the application form.
• Required Testimonials to be attached:
  • Two recent passport-size photographs.
  • Self-attested copies of certificates for proof of age (Date of Birth), Educational Qualifications, Experience, Research Papers, Publications, Pension Payment Order (PPO), etc. Original documents must be produced at the interview.
  • Income and Asset certificate for EWS category, as per DOPT letter No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated 31st January, 2019.
  • Caste Certificate for SC/ST, OBC & EWS candidates, as per Central Govt. format (not more than one year old at the time of interview).
  • Registration Certificate issued by DMC for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor.
  • Superannuated AFMS Medical Teachers must submit an Equivalent Teaching Experience Certificate issued by DGAFMS.
  • Relieving/No Objection Certificate (NOC) from previous/current employer, if applicable.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

The application fee must be paid via a demand draft of ₹225/- (as applicable), drawn in favor of "ESI Fund A/c No. 1", payable at Jaipur. The demand draft must be issued after the date of this advertisement. Fee once paid is non-refundable, and only demand drafts from scheduled banks will be accepted.
