Field Assistant, Project Associate & Other Posts

• Field Assistant: Rs. 18,000 + HRA as per DST rule
• Project Associate: Rs. 31,000 + HRA (for UGC-NET/GATE qualified candidates including lecturership/Assistant Professorship or GATE HSS or similar examinations) or Rs. 25,000 + HRA (for candidates who have not qualified for the above conditions).
• Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 37,000 + HRA as per DST rule
• Research Associate: Postdoctoral Fellow will be paid consolidated salary based on the following DST salary structure for Research Associate:
  

  Category	Emoluments per month
  Research Associate-I	Rs. 58,000/-
  Research Associate-II	Rs. 61,000/-
  Research Associate-III	Rs. 67,000/-

  The specific category will be decided/recommended by the selection committee based on qualification, experience, and interview performance.

• If a large number of candidates are shortlisted, the selection committee may restrict the number of candidates called for interviews based on qualifications and experience exceeding the minimum prescribed.
• The appointment will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Institute/funding agency applicable to the project.
• Selected candidates must join duty immediately upon receiving the offer.
• The fellowship may be terminated with a 30-day notice period if performance is deemed unsatisfactory before the completion of the tenure.
