Helpline Supervisor & Data Analysis Officer

This opportunity is ideal for individuals holding a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Clinical Psychology, coupled with 2-3 years of relevant counselling and/or supervisory experience. Candidates must possess strong communication and research writing skills, and be prepared for contractual employment (12 months), including willingness to travel within Mumbai and other parts of the country, and work on weekends with a weekday off.

This role is not suitable for those seeking permanent government employment or positions without a fixed term. Applicants without the specified Master's degrees, minimum required experience in counselling/supervision, or those unwilling to commit to contractual work, flexible hours (including weekends), and potential travel should not apply.
