This apprenticeship is ideally suited for recent ITI, Diploma, and Engineering graduates (within two years of passing their final examination) who are Indian citizens and at least 18 years old. Candidates seeking a valuable one-year practical training experience in the power sector with a Maharatna PSU, and who are willing to be posted in Madhya Pradesh or Gujarat, would find this opportunity beneficial.

Individuals who have already completed or are currently undergoing any apprenticeship training, or those with more than one year of prior job experience, are not eligible. Candidates still awaiting their final examination results, those under 18 years of age, or applicants with qualifications obtained through part-time, correspondence, distance, or online education should not apply, as these are strict disqualification criteria. This program does not guarantee permanent employment.
