The selection process involves a competitive examination. The 'Examination Plan and Syllabus' refers to Annexure-1 for Junior Assistant and Annexure-2 for Junior Sales Assistant. However, these annexures are not provided in this document. Further details regarding the examination center, date, and syllabus will be published on the RSIC website in due course.

Online applications are invited for these posts. Detailed instructions are available on the RSIC website. Candidates should follow these steps:

• Visit the official RSIC website: https://industries.rajasthan.gov.in/rajsico
• Click on the "Recruitment 2025" link to access the Recruitment Portal.
• For new users, select "Click here for New Registration," provide name, contact details, and email-id to generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password.
• Fill in the online application form. Candidates can save incomplete applications using "SAVE & NEXT" and resume later.
• Verify all details before final submission. Visually impaired candidates should fill carefully or seek assistance.
• Scan and upload a recent colour photograph (max 1 month old) with a white/light background, ensuring the face occupies at least 50% of the space. The photograph should be 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm (200x230 Pixels), file size 20KB-50KB.
• Scan and upload signature on white paper (7cm width x 2cm height) with black/blue pen. Dimensions 140x60 Pixels, file size 10KB-20KB.
• Upload left thumb impression on white paper in black/blue ink. Dimensions 240x240 pixels (3cm x 3cm), file size 20KB-50KB.
• Upload a handwritten declaration in English: "I, ____________.(Name of Candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form in correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required." Dimensions 800x400 pixels (10cm x 5cm), file size 50KB-100KB.
• Proceed to the 'Payment' tab to pay the application fee online using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets.
• After successful payment, an e-receipt will be generated. Take a printout of the e-receipt and the application form.
• Candidates are advised not to wait until the last date to avoid network issues.
• Candidates must carefully check all entries regarding caste/class/category, age, and eligibility before submitting to avoid disqualification.

Candidates from a State other than Rajasthan/Union Territories applying under SC/ST/BC/MBC/EWS categories will be treated as General category candidates and must pay the General category fee.

Candidates from all categories with an annual family income less than Rs. 2.50 lakh will pay the same fee as SC/ST candidates (Rs. 350/-), provided they submit an Income Certificate at the time of eligibility checking.
