Junior Research Fellow

Candidates holding a First Class M.Sc. in Microbial Gene Technology, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Genomics, Biotechnology, or other Life Science courses, with a strong academic record, are ideal. Preference will be given to those with national-level test clearances (CSIR-NET, UGC-NET, GATE, ASRB-NET) and two years of research experience in relevant fields such as Plant Microbe Interaction or Bioactive Molecules.

Individuals seeking permanent government employment or roles with a long-term tenure should not apply, as this position is purely temporary and for a duration of one year or co-terminus with the project. Candidates without a First Class M.Sc. in the specified disciplines may also find it difficult to meet the primary qualification criteria.
