Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Essential Qualification: M.Tech. (Thermal, Mechanical, Cryogenics, Electrical, or Electronics) from a recognized university or equivalent, with a first-class degree.
- Desired Qualification: Candidates should possess a valid GATE score or practical experience in cryogenic engineering, electronics, or electrical fields. Experience with FEA based simulation software such as ANSYS, CAD software, or Multiphysics software like COMSOL is highly preferred. Additionally, good technical writing skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are desired.
Age Limit Details
The maximum age limit is 28 years. Age relaxation will be provided as per Government guidelines.
Salary & Pay Scale
Candidates will receive Emoluments of Rs. 37,000 + HRA. There is a possibility of upgradation to Senior Research Fellow (SRF) after two years as JRF, subject to excellent research progress and performance evaluation. Medical benefits are provided as per IUAC rules.
