Junior Research Fellow

This role is ideal for highly motivated engineering graduates (B.E/B.Tech) or postgraduates (M.E/M.Tech) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, particularly those specializing in Microelectronics/VLSI design with a strong academic record (>=6.5 CGPA). Candidates with a GATE score are preferred for a higher consolidated salary. This temporary, project-based position offers valuable research experience in hardware accelerator design.

Candidates seeking permanent government employment or those unwilling to commit to a temporary, project-specific role of at least one year should not apply. Individuals without the specified engineering qualifications or minimum CGPA will not be shortlisted. There is no provision for TA/DA for the written test/interview.
