Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Junior Research Fellow: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Water, Environment, Economics, Public Policy, Management, Development Studies) or related areas with first class. Must also possess a valid GATE/CSIR-UGC NET/CSIR-UGC LS/INSPIRE qualification.
- Research Associate: Ph.D. degree OR a minimum of 3 years of research, teaching, and design and policy experience after completing ME/M.Tech. Candidates must also have at least one research paper published in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal in a relevant field.
Salary & Pay Scale
- Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 37,000 + HRA as per DST rule.
- Research Associate: Consolidated salary based on DST structure. The category (I, II, or III) will be decided by the selection committee based on qualification, experience, and interview performance.
Category Emoluments per month Research Associate-I Rs. 58,000/- Research Associate-II Rs. 61,000/- Research Associate-III Rs. 67,000/-
