Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- For Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
- Graduate (BE/BTech/BSc or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation/Mathematics/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Physics/Data Science/AI, or M.Tech/ME/MS in Electrical Engineering/Electronics and Communication/Computer Science and Engineering or related areas.
- Desirable: Qualified in GATE, CSIR-UGC NET (including lectureship), or a National-level examination by Central Govt. Departments/Agencies.
- For Senior Research Fellow (SRF):
- Ph.D and/or Master's degree (M.Tech/ME/MS) in the relevant branch of Electrical Engineering/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation/Mathematics/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Physics/Data Science/AI, or related areas, preferably with a valid GATE score.
Age Limit Details
The age limit for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Senior Research Fellow (SRF) will be as per the norms set by the funding agency for the project.
Salary & Pay Scale
Salary for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Senior Research Fellow (SRF) positions will be determined as per the prevailing norms of the funding agency supporting the research project.
