Junior Research Fellow & Senior Research Fellow

This opportunity is ideal for highly motivated Indian nationals holding B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech. degrees in ECE, EEE, EIE, or related VLSI areas, especially those with GATE/NET qualification or from CFTIs with strong academic records. Candidates with practical experience in Cadence Virtuoso, foundry PDKs, ADS simulation tools, analog/mixed-signal circuit design, and CMOS technologies are particularly well-suited. The Senior Research Fellow role is perfect for professionals with at least 2 years of relevant research or industry experience looking to contribute to cutting-edge projects in optical transceivers and inter-satellite communication.

Individuals without the specified engineering degrees and essential GATE/NET qualification (or CFTI background) are not eligible. Those who lack interest in project-based, time-bound research roles with a specific duration of three years, or candidates without relevant research/industry experience for the SRF position, should not apply. The requirement for specific software tool experience might also be a dealbreaker for some.
