- For Junior Resident (Non-Academic): Candidates must possess a medical qualification recognized under the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 and be registered with the Central/State Medical Council.
- For Junior Resident (Dentistry): Candidates must hold a BDS degree recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI) and have completed an Internship. Candidates who have passed BDS within five years of the application deadline are eligible, along with valid registration with State Dental Councils.
A valid qualification (pass certificate) must be held as on the last date for receipt of applications.
