Kerala University Registrar Recruitment 2026

Candidates must possess a First or Second Class Master's Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Candidates must have about 5 years of teaching experience at the University level and about 5 years of administrative experience in a responsible post, including staff management in a University, College, Education Department, or similar institutions.

Candidates must be above 40 years of age and must not have completed 56 years of age. The tenure is for a maximum period of 4 years or till reaching 56 years of age, whichever is earlier.

1. Visit the official University of Kerala recruitment portal at https://recruit.keralauniversity.ac.in.
2. Click on the notification for the post of Registrar (Notification No. 40182/Ad A I/2026/UOK).
3. Register and fill out the online application form with personal, educational, teaching, and administrative credentials.
4. Pay the registration fee of ₹5,000/- through the online payment gateway.
5. Submit the application online and take a printout of the submitted form.
6. Obtain an official No Objection Certificate (NOC) and forwarding letter from the employer (Manager for Private/Aided College teachers, Director of Collegiate/Technical Education for Govt College teachers, or Registrar for University teachers).
7. Enclose self-attested photocopies of certificates, mark sheets, testimonials in proof of age, qualifications, university teaching experience, administrative experience, and fee receipt.
8. Send the completed printout packet in an envelope superscribed "Application for the Post of Registrar, University of Kerala" to: The Registrar, University of Kerala, Senate House Campus, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram - 695034 so as to reach on or before 03.10.2026.
