Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Applicants must be Officers who have taken Voluntary Retirement (VR) or retired on Superannuation from Railways, Other Government Departments, Central PSUs, Ports, or JV Companies under Government control. Candidates should possess prior service experience in the execution of Infrastructure Projects.
- For Officers in CDA scale: Should have taken VR or retired on superannuation in PB-2 GP 4600 (Pre-revised 6th CPC), revised to Matrix Level 7 under 7th CPC.
- For Officers in IDA scale: Should have taken VR or retired on superannuation in E-2 in IDA scale of Rs.20600-45600 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC), revised to Rs.50000-160000 under 3rd PRC.
Note: Higher grade pay or pay scale granted under ACP/MACP by the parent department will not be considered for eligibility.
Salary & Pay Scale
- Selected candidates will receive a Starting Basic Pay of Rs.50,000/- plus Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per rules.
- Perks under cafeteria will be paid at 20% of Basic Pay.
- Transport Allowance at 10% of Basic Pay per month will be provided if a company vehicle is not supplied. If a vehicle is provided, transport allowance will not be paid, and the maximum permitted amount of perks under cafeteria will be reduced by 1%.
- No Performance Related Pay will be offered.
- Mobile/Landline/Broadband bill (all inclusive) reimbursement will be provided, subject to a ceiling of Rs.1000/- per month.
