Candidates should hold a professional qualification such as a Company Secretary, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, or a postgraduate degree like an MBA or Law. Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, and regulatory liaison skills are crucial.

Individuals lacking extensive senior-level experience (especially the specified 20 years overall and 5 years in a leadership position) in regulatory or corporate environments should not apply. Those without the required professional certifications or postgraduate degrees, or candidates who prefer permanent government positions over contractual roles, may find this opportunity unsuitable.
