Medical Officer

This role is most suitable for experienced MBBS doctors, particularly ex-servicemen, seeking a contractual position within a government healthcare setup. Candidates with postgraduate qualifications or additional experience in related fields will be highly preferred.

Freshers and candidates without a minimum of 5 years of experience after internship should not apply, as this is a mandatory requirement. Those not willing to work on a contractual basis for a limited period (1 year for ESMs, 11 months for civil candidates) would also find this unsuitable.

Working with the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) under the Ministry of Defence offers a stable, albeit contractual, opportunity within a respected government organization.
