Educational Qualification
- Medical Officer: MBBS with 1 year experience, OR Post-graduate Diploma in Medicine with 1 year experience, OR MD/MS.
- Staff Nurse: 10+2/Intermediate with 3-year Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery, registration, and 1 year hospital experience.
- Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical): Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering with 1 year experience OR 3-year Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering with 3 years field experience.
- Junior Superintendent (Rajbhasha): Master's Degree in Hindi/English (55% marks) with 1-year translation experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Hindi/English (55% marks) with 3 years translation experience.
- Junior Superintendent: Bachelor's Degree (55% marks) with 8 years experience OR Master's Degree (55% marks) with 5 years experience.
- Junior Accountant: B.Com (55% marks) with 1 year experience in accounting software OR M.Com (55% marks) with accounting software experience.
- Driver: 10th pass with valid commercial MUV license and 1 year driving experience in a Government office.
- Junior Attendant (Multi Skilled): 10th pass with 1 year experience as an attendant/helper in a Government office.
Age Limit Details
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation.
- OBC (NCL): 3 years relaxation.
- PwD & Ex-servicemen: As per rules.
- IIT Mandi Regular Employees: Up to 50 years of age, if educationally qualified.

Salary & Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Levels ranging from Level-01 to Level-10 as per the 7th Central Pay Commission norms. Specific pay scales for each level are not detailed in this notification but follow Government of India standards.

- Ensure all eligibility criteria (qualification, experience, age) are met as on the application deadline (03.09.2025).
- Upload scanned copies of all required certificates for essential qualification, experience, date of birth, caste, disability, latest OBC (NCL) certificate, etc.
- Experience certificates must be on the organization's letterhead, clearly stating date of issue, work period, designation, and pay drawn.
- Pay the application fee as per the category and post code (refer to fee details). SC/ST/Women/PwD/ESM are exempted from application fee, but processing fee is charged.
- Candidates applying for more than one position must submit separate applications, along with uploading of self-attested copies of certificates and prescribed fee for each position.
- Applicants currently employed with Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, PSUs, etc., should route their applications through proper channel or submit a ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of application.
