Senior Consultant Mitigation of Floods

This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a Master's degree in Water Resources Management, Engineering, Hydrology, or Disaster Management, possessing at least 5 years of field experience in flood risk management. Candidates with a research degree (M.Phil./Ph.D.) in related fields or substantial experience in community-based and disaster risk reduction projects will be highly considered. Retired government officials with relevant experience at a senior level (grade pay of INR 7,600/- or more) and under 62 years of age are also encouraged to apply.

Individuals lacking the stipulated Master's degree and the minimum 5 years of relevant flood risk management experience should not apply. Those seeking a permanent government position should note this is a contractual, temporary role. Applicants exceeding the age limit of 50 years (for general applicants) or 62 years (for retired government employees) are ineligible.
