National Institute of Design Madhya Pradesh Recruitment 2026: 5 Vacancies for Administrative Posts

The remuneration structure varies based on the mode of appointment (Deputation or Contract):

• On Deputation: Candidates will be paid as per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix, with levels varying by post:
  • Pay Level - 10 (for Senior Accounts Officer, Administrative Officer)
  • Pay Level - 7 (for Senior Assistant Librarian, Senior Superintendent (Accounts), Assistant Administrative Officer)
• On Contract: Candidates will receive a fixed monthly consolidated remuneration:
  • ₹ 88,638/- (for Senior Accounts Officer, Administrative Officer)
  • ₹ 70,942/- (for Senior Assistant Librarian, Senior Superintendent (Accounts), Assistant Administrative Officer)

Note: Consolidated remuneration for contract posts is based on the First Cell of the Pay Level + DA @ 58% (as on advertisement date) and is subject to change.

Interested and eligible candidates must apply offline by following these steps:

1. Download the application proforma from the official NID MP website (www.nidmp.ac.in).
2. Fill up the application form completely and accurately.
3. Paste a recent passport-size photograph on the application form and sign it.
4. Attach self-attested copies of all required documents, including:
   • Educational qualifications (degrees, mark sheets).
   • Experience certificates (clearly stating pay, designation, duration, etc.).
   • Salary certificate.
   • Vigilance Clearance (if applicable).
   • Valid Caste/Category certificates (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwD/Ex-Servicemen) in the prescribed proforma, if claiming exemption or reservation.
   • Demand Draft for the applicable application fee (if not exempted).
   • For deputation applicants: Cadre Controlling Authority endorsement, 'No Objection' Certificate, attested copies of ACR/APARS, Vigilance Clearance, Integrity certificate, and statement of penalties (if any).
5. Place the completed application form and all enclosures in a sealed envelope.
6. Super scribe the envelope with "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF [Name of Post]".
7. Send the application by Registered Post/Speed Post only to:

Application fees are non-refundable and vary by post classification and category:

• For Group A Posts (Senior Accounts Officer, Administrative Officer): ₹1,000/- for UR, EWS, and OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates.
• For Group B Posts (Senior Assistant Librarian, Senior Superintendent (Accounts), Assistant Administrative Officer): ₹500/- for UR, EWS, and OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates.

Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwD), Ex-Servicemen, and Women are exempted from payment of application fees. No fee is required for candidates applying on a Deputation basis.

Fees must be paid in the form of a Demand Draft from any scheduled bank, payable at Bhopal, in favor of "National Institute of Design Madhya Pradesh".
