Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Resource Person (Academic): Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Consultants: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, VLSI, or related fields.
- Team Lead / VLSI Engineer Posts: Degrees in Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or VLSI Design.
- DevOps / Full Stack / LMS Developer: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Assistant / Resource Person (Admin): Graduation in any discipline.
Age Limit Details
- Upto 35 Years: Resource Person (Academic), Assistant.
- Upto 45 Years: Junior VLSI Engineer, DevOps, Full Stack, RP (Admin), LMS Developer.
- Upto 50 Years: Consultants, Team Lead, Senior Trainers.

Remuneration is a consolidated monthly amount inclusive of all statutory compliances. No additional benefits like HRA or Medical allowance are provided.

The selection process is based on a Walk-in-Interview:
- Complete the online fee payment and keep the receipt.
- Fill the application form and attach self-certified documents.
- Report at NIELIT HQ, Dwarka, New Delhi for document verification between 09:30 AM and 11:30 AM on the interview date.
- Interviews commence from 11:00 AM onwards for candidates who clear document verification.
Application Fee
A non-refundable registration fee of ₹500/- per position is payable online to NIELIT's Bank of India account (A/C: 604820100000012, IFSC: BKID0006048) on or before the document verification date.
