Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a First-class (60%) score in their respective trade.
- Must hold a National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).
- Additionally, candidates should have completed an Apprenticeship and possess a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by the Directorate General of Training (DGT) in the relevant trade.
Age Limit Details
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
- OBC: 3 years relaxation
- PwD: Additional 10 years relaxation over and above the admissible relaxation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL, for candidates with a minimum of 40% disability.
Salary & Pay Scale
Selected candidates engaged on a tenure basis will receive the following monthly pay:
- Basic Pay: Rs.16,900/-
- Dearness Allowance (IDA): At applicable rates
- HRA: As applicable at the place of posting, if Company Quarters is not provided
- Perks: As applicable
- Medical expenses (Monthly): Rs.1500/-
An annual increase of 3% on the Basic Pay will be admissible, subject to satisfactory performance. Provident Fund contributions will be calculated based on Basic Pay + Dearness Allowance components. Other benefits include payment of Gratuity and Bonus as per applicable schemes.

Exam Syllabus & Pattern
The Computer Based Written Test will be of 2 hours duration and will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) across three parts:
- Part-I: 20 questions on General Awareness
- Part-II: 20 questions on English & Reasoning
- Part-III: 60 questions on the concerned Discipline
Each question carries 1 mark, and there will be no negative marking. The pass mark for the written test is 45%, with a 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

Candidates must apply ONLINE through the BEML career page at www.bemlindia.in. The online registration portal will be accessible until 18:00 Hrs on 2026-07-10.
Application Process:
- Ensure you have a valid email ID and mobile number, which must remain active for at least one year.
- Apply ONLINE only by carefully following the guidelines and ensuring accuracy of all entered data.
- Note down the 'Registration number' generated for future correspondence.
- Upload the following mandatory documents with your online application; incomplete applications will be rejected:
- X-th Standard Marks card
- ITI – National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by NCVT (Provisional certificate can be uploaded if final is awaited, but must be submitted at joining)
- All marks cards of ITI (if CGPA/credits system, indicate conversion formula to percentage)
- National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by DGT (mandatory for ITI Trainee candidates)
- Experience certificate (clearly indicating start and end dates of each position)
- Identity card issued by Government of India (e.g., Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, PAN Card)
- SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD certificate (as applicable)
