Candidates will receive a pay scale of Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 52,000/- along with a Grade Pay of Rs. 3,900/- under Pay Band-I. Other allowances will be admissible as per rules.

Applications must be submitted in the Standard Form as published in Part IX of the Assam Gazette. Candidates should submit their applications along with the following:

• Self-attested photocopies of all relevant testimonials (Educational Qualification, Experience wherever applicable, Caste, Age Proof, Employment Exchange Registration).
• Three copies of recent passport-size photographs, duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side.
• Candidates must provide their email address and mobile phone number in the application.

The application should be addressed to the District & Sessions Judge, Dima Hasao, Haflong, P.O & P.S Haflong, Pin: 788819. The name of the post applied for must be prominently indicated on the top of the envelope.

Applications will be received through offline mode only. Candidates may submit their applications either by post or by dropping them in the Drop Box kept in the District Court Building at Jatinga on all working days between 10.00 A.M and 05.00 P.M. The last date for receipt of applications is 26.08.2026 (Wednesday). Candidates already in Government service must apply through proper channel along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
