Principal District and Sessions Court Yadgir Recruitment 2026: Apply for 05 Peon Vacancies

Eligible candidates are invited to apply online for the posts of Orderly/Peon in the Yadgir District Courts (Kalyana Karnataka - Local Cadre). Applicants must submit their applications through the official website within the specified dates.

• Carefully read the entire notification before filling out the online application.
• Ensure all instructions are followed to avoid rejection due to incorrect information.
• Provide a mandatory mobile number and, if available, an email ID. The authority is not responsible for non-delivery of SMS/email messages.
• Upload a recent color photograph (5cm x 3.6cm, JPG format, 50KB max, light-colored background, preferably white).
• Upload a scanned signature (2.5cm x 7.5cm, JPG format, 2KB max, on white paper using a black ballpoint pen). Do not sign on the photograph.
• Fill in all required information on the online application form and proceed to pay the prescribed fee.
• Download and retain a copy of the filled application and fee payment challan (if applicable) for future reference until the recruitment process is complete.
• Apply well in advance of the deadline (2026-04-12, 11:59 PM) to avoid last-minute issues. Fee payment via challan (SBI) is allowed until 2026-04-13 during banking hours.
• Candidates will be informed about the interview schedule via SMS and email. The list of eligible candidates for the interview will also be published on the court's website.
• Documents required at the time of interview (original copies to be produced):
  • Challan/details of fee paid.
  • SSLC marks card/transfer certificate/cumulative record for date of birth verification.
  • Caste and Income Certificates in the prescribed format from the Tahsildar.
  • Rural reservation certificate from the competent authority.
  • Discharge certificate for Ex-servicemen.
  • Widow/Bonded labour certificate for age relaxation.
  • Disability certificate (if applicable for age relaxation).
  • Eligibility certificate (371-J) for Kalyana Karnataka local candidates.
  • Character certificates from two gazetted officers (issued within 6 months of the application date) and school character certificate.
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) for government employees as per Karnataka Civil Services Rules (General Recruitment) Rules, 1977 (Amendment) Rules 2020, Rule 11.
• Any false information, forged documents, or unfair means during the recruitment process will lead to disqualification and disciplinary action.

Application fees must be paid online via Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI. No other forms of payment (challan, DD, postal order, money order) will be accepted. Applications without fee payment will be rejected.
