Pay Scale & Monthly Remuneration
- Principal Scientific/Technical Officer & Principal Students Activity and Sports Officer: Minimum pay of Rs. 1,44,200/- in Level 14 of the 7th Central Pay Matrix, along with Dearness Allowance (DA) and other admissible allowances for Central Government Employees.
- Senior Technical Officer: Minimum pay of Rs. 78,800/- in Level 12 of the 7th Central Pay Matrix, along with DA and other admissible allowances.
- Assistant Registrar: Minimum pay of Rs. 56,100/- in Level 10 of the 7th Central Pay Matrix, along with DA and other admissible allowances.
- For posts filled via Deputation/Foreign Service, pay and other terms will be regulated as per Department of Personnel & Training guidelines.

Application Procedure
- Applications must be submitted online exclusively through the NIT Warangal website (www.nitw.ac.in) under the "Careers/ Jobs" tab.
- The online application portal will be active from 20.07.2026 at 19:00 hrs until 19.08.2026 at 23:59 hrs.
- Only one application should be submitted per post.
- Candidates applying for Direct Recruitment who are currently employed by Central/State Government, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies must provide a "NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE" during Certificate Verification/Interview.
- For candidates applying via the Deputation (ISTC) method, after online submission, a self-attested hard copy of the application form, along with certified copies of APARs (last 5 years), Vigilance Clearance Certificate, and No Objection Certificate, must be sent through the proper channel to the "Registrar, National Institute of Technology, Warangal – 506004" within 30 days from the closing date of online applications.
- Applicants must ensure all details are filled correctly and upload a recent passport-size photograph (165 x 125 pixels, max 50 KB) and signature (80 x 125 pixels, max 20 KB) that are clearly visible and conform to the specified formats.
- After final submission, candidates should print/save a copy of the online application form and retain it for future reference, including certificate verification and the selection process.

- At the time of certificate verification, candidates must bring the hard copy of the Online Application Form along with originals and one set of self-attested photocopies of all required documents, including educational qualifications (from SSC/X standard onwards), proof of age, NOC (if applicable), and experience certificates.
