Regular Appointments / Deputation / Contractual

• Professor: Entry Level Pay Matrix 14A (Basic Rs. 1,68,900 - 2,20,400) as per 7th CPC, plus usual allowances and NPA for medically qualified candidates.
• Additional Professor: Entry Level Pay Matrix 13A2 (Basic Rs. 1,48,200 - 2,11,400) as per 7th CPC, plus usual allowances and NPA for medically qualified candidates.
• Associate Professor: Entry Level Pay Matrix 13A1 (Basic Rs. 1,38,300 - 2,09,200) as per 7th CPC, plus usual allowances and NPA for medically qualified candidates.
• Assistant Professor: Entry Level Pay Matrix 12 (Basic Rs. 1,01,500 - 1,67,400) as per 7th CPC, plus usual allowances and NPA for medically qualified candidates.

Contract Appointments (Retired Faculty as Consultants)

• Professor (Consultant): Rs. 2,20,000/- P.M.
• Additional Professor (Consultant): Rs. 2,00,000/- P.M.
• Associate Professor (Consultant): Rs. 1,88,000/- P.M.

Retired faculty consultants may also be entitled to residential accommodation subject to applicable deductions as per Government instructions.

Step-1: Application Fees

• Pay the non-refundable application fee via online NEFT mode to the specified AIIMS Bilaspur bank account.
• Upload proof of payment with your application.

Step-2: Application Forms & Documents

• Download the soft copy of the application form (Appendix-I), career graph form (Appendix-II), and presentation format (Appendix-III) from the AIIMS Bilaspur website.
• Fill the Appendix-II (career graph) in MS Word (Times New Roman, Size-12) and convert it to a PDF.
• Fill the Appendix-III (presentation) in PPT format.
• Rename the generated PDF and PPT files using the format: "[Your Name] [Post Name] [Department Name].pdf" / ".ppt". For example, "Manish Khural Assistant Professor Anatomy.pdf".

Step-3: Online Application

• Fill out and submit the online Google Form available at: https://forms.gle/4Y2jGQy3jfcygPPu6.
• Upload scanned copies of the filled application forms, necessary documents, and fee transaction details through this link.
• Ensure your photo and signature are clearly visible in the uploaded images; otherwise, your application may be rejected.
• The online submission deadline is 22.09.2025 till 05:00 PM.

Step-4: Offline Application (Hard Copy Submission)

• After online submission, send a hard copy of the self-attested application printout (Appendix-I) along with all relevant certificates (age, qualification, experience, proof of payment, caste certificate, EWS/PwBD certificate, NOC, etc.) with a covering letter.
• The envelope should be super-scribed as "Application for the post of [Post Name] Department of [Department Name] for AIIMS, Bilaspur (H.P.)".
• Send the hard copy to: Deputy Director (Administration), Administrative Block, 3rd Floor, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Kothipura, Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh-174037.
• The hard copy must reach the institute on or before 29.09.2025 by 05:00 P.M. Applications received after this date will be summarily rejected.
• Failure to submit the hard copy by the due date will lead to cancellation of candidature.

• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): Exempted from payment of fee.
• SC/ST category: Rs. 1,000 plus 18% GST (Total Rs. 1,180/-)
• For other categories: Rs. 2,000 plus 18% GST (Total Rs. 2,360/-)

Application fees must be paid online via NEFT mode to the 'Executive Director, AIIMS-Bilaspur' bank account. Payment proof must be uploaded with the application and produced at the interview.
