Note: Retired faculty appointed as Consultants are also entitled to residential accommodation subject to applicable deductions as per Government instructions.

Applicants must follow a multi-step application procedure:

1. Step-1 (Application Fees): Candidates must pay the prescribed non-refundable application fee via online NEFT mode. Proof of payment must be uploaded and produced at the interview.
2. Step-2 (Application Form Preparation): Download the 'Soft Copy of application form' (Appendix-I), 'Career Graph form' (Appendix-II), and 'Presentation in PPT format' (Appendix-III) from the Google Drive links provided in the notification. Fill these forms as per instructions (e.g., MS Word for career graph, PPT for presentation). Rename the files according to the specified format (e.g., 'Manish Khural Assistant Professor Anatomy.pdf').
3. Step-3 (Online Application Submission): Fill out and submit the online Google Form available at https://forms.gle/V4r5aFqTzgKPNnBu5. This link can also be copied and pasted into a web browser. Scanned copies of the application forms prepared in Step-2, along with necessary documents and fee transaction details, must be submitted through this online link.
4. Step-4 (Offline Application Submission): After online submission, candidates must also send self-attested copies of all relevant certificates (Age, Qualification, Experience, Proof of Payment, Caste, EWS/PwBD Certificate, NOC, other testimonials) along with a printout of the application (Appendix-I) and a covering letter. This hard copy must reach the following address on or before 2025-01-22 by 05:00 P.M.:

   The envelope should be super-scribed with 'Application for the post of.................... Department of........for AIIMS, Bilaspur (H.P.)'. Failure to submit the hard copy by the due date will lead to cancellation of candidature.

Candidates are advised to apply well in advance of the deadlines. A valid personal email ID/Mobile Number must be kept active throughout the recruitment process.

A non-refundable application fee is required, payable by online NEFT mode in favor of the 'Executive Director, AIIMS-Bilaspur'.

• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): Exempted from payment of fee.
• SC/ST category: Rs. 1,000 + 18% GST = Rs. 1,180/-
• Other categories: Rs. 2,000 + 18% GST = Rs. 2,360/-

The NEFT payment details are:

Candidates who previously applied for posts vide Advt. No. AIIMS-BLS(B-I)(2)(5)(Vol-IV)/24-6781 dated 25th Nov, 2024, are exempted from paying the fee but have to submit the application form.
